Pepperoni Hoagie

Ingredients

12-inch Italian loaf

olive oil

for drizzling

balsamic vinegar

for drizzling

1/2 cup baby spinach

1/4 cup Italian mix giardiniera, chopped

1/4 cup banana peppers, sliced

10 to 15 pepperoni slices

2 to 3 slices Provolone cheese

A hoagie with Pepperoni is perfect for the big game or enjoyed all by yourself! Savory, zesty, and full of flavor.

Directions

  1. Cut Italian loaf bread down the middle and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  2. Place a layer of baby spinach and sprinkle Italian mix giardiniera on top.
  3. Then layer Provolone slices pepperoni slices and banana peppers.
  4. Drizzle with more balsamic and olive oil and top with the remaining Italian mix giardiniera.
