1/4 cup Italian mix giardiniera, chopped
1/4 cup banana peppers, sliced
10 to 15 pepperoni slices
2 to 3 slices Provolone cheese

Directions
- Cut Italian loaf bread down the middle and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Place a layer of baby spinach and sprinkle Italian mix giardiniera on top.
- Then layer Provolone slices pepperoni slices and banana peppers.
- Drizzle with more balsamic and olive oil and top with the remaining Italian mix giardiniera.
