Ingredients
2 slices of sourdough bread
1 oz. Italian vinaigrette
2 slices Provolone or Swiss cheese sliced meats (1.5 oz. each of pepperoni
Italian dry salame and turkey)
1/4 cup iceberg lettuce, shredded
4 to 6 pickle slices
2 to 3 tomato slices
handful sliced black or green olives, optional
Savory salame and pepperoni, crisp vegetables, bright vinaigrette served up on sourdough bread. A sandwich that is sure delight any day, any time.
Directions
- Lightly drizzle the vinaigrette on one side of both pieces of bread.
- On the dressed side of one bread slice layer cheese pepperoni Italian dry salame turkey and veggies.
- Top with the second bread slice dressed side down cut sandwich in half and enjoy!
