Ingredients
1 premade flatbread pizza crust
5 tbsp. olive oil
1 cup shredded Italian cheese blend
15 to 20 pepperoni slices
1/4 cup sundried tomato
julienned
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1 cup arugula

Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Brush premade crust with olive oil.
- Evenly top crust with the Italian cheese followed by pepperoni slices sundried tomatoes and olives.
- Bake for 7 to 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Top with fresh arugula slice and serve.
