Ingredients
2 cups rotini pasta
4 oz. Italian dry salame chub, diced
1/2 cup grape or cherry tomatoes, quartered
1/2 cup red and green bell peppers, diced
1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/3 cup sliced black olives
1/3 cup Mozzarella cheese
cubed or shredded
1/2 cup Italian dressing

Directions
- Cook pasta according to packaging.
- Place cooked pasta diced Italian dry salame chub bell peppers onions tomatoes olives and dressing into a large bowl and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
- Garnish with cubed or shredded Mozzarella and serve.
