Ingredients
Non-stick cooking spray
1 lb. rotini pasta
3 cups marinara sauce
4 oz. pepperoni slices
4 oz. Italian dry salame slices
salt and pepper
3 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, divided into ½ cups
fresh basil for garnish
This pepperoni and salame bake pasta is equal amounts saucy and cheesy with just the right pop of fresh basil. Make tonight a pasta bake night.
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees spray a medium oven safe casserole dish with non-stick spray.
- Boil pasta according to package instructions drain and place in large bowl and mix with 1/2 cup parmesan 2 cups mozzarella pepperoni slices Italian dry salame slices and sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Top with remaining parmesan and mozzarella cheese and bake for 20 minutes or until sauce is bubbly and cheese is melted.
- Top with fresh basil and serve.
