Cheesy Salame And Pepperoni Pasta Bake

Ingredients

Non-stick cooking spray

1 lb. rotini pasta

3 cups marinara sauce

4 oz. pepperoni slices

4 oz. Italian dry salame slices

salt and pepper

3 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided

1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, divided into ½ cups

fresh basil for garnish

This pepperoni and salame bake pasta is equal amounts saucy and cheesy with just the right pop of fresh basil. Make tonight a pasta bake night.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees spray a medium oven safe casserole dish with non-stick spray.
  2. Boil pasta according to package instructions drain and place in large bowl and mix with 1/2 cup parmesan 2 cups mozzarella pepperoni slices Italian dry salame slices and sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Top with remaining parmesan and mozzarella cheese and bake for 20 minutes or until sauce is bubbly and cheese is melted.
  4. Top with fresh basil and serve.
