Ingredients
1-7 oz. pack of thin sliced Italian dry salame
1/3 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup honey
1 tbsp. white distilled vinegar
salt and pepper

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and lay out Italian dry salame slices with 1/4 inch between each piece.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the edges curl.
- While salame is baking whisk remaining ingredients together in a small bowl and season to taste.
- Remove salame from oven and lay on paper towels to cool for 10 minutes. They will crisp up as they cool.
- Arrange the salame chips in a bowl or on a plate and serve with the honey mustard dip alongside.
