Pizza Monkey Bread

Ingredients

2 cans refrigerated flakey biscuit dough

1/4 cup olive oil

2 tbsp. butter, melted

1 tsp. garlic powder

1 tsp. Italian seasoning

30 pepperoni slices

30 Italian dry salame slices, quartered

3 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese

1/3 cup marinara

for dipping

Packed full of gooey cheese, zesty pepperoni and tangy Italian dry salame, this pull-apart bread is the perfect finger food guaranteed to win over both kids and adults alike!

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray Bundt pan with baking spray.
  2. In a small bowl combine olive oil melted butter Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Stir to combine.
  3. Quarter the biscuits and shape each piece into a round ball. In a large bowl mix biscuit dough balls pepperoni slices Italian dry salame quarters and Mozzarella cheese with 1/3 of the butter mixture.
  4. Place into Bundt pan ensuring the pepperoni and salame are evenly distributed throughout. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and allow to cool for about 5 minutes then flip bread out onto serving dish or cutting board. Brush bread all over with the remaining butter mixture and serve with warm marinara.
